Scientific consensus is that all races are equal and thus do not really exist and difference in intelligence between groups is only caused by socioeconomic factors, such as schooling and nutrition. It’s statistical. You see yes black peoples are dumber according to the measuring concrete pattern recogn. On average.
Ultimately we adapted to different environments, blacks have long legs short torso, whites long torso short legs, and have different spectrums of aptitude
But what U need to ignore is the mean, and focus on the tails, regardless of the chance of you or the black being at the tail

Modern genetics disagrees. Genetic clusters corresponding to traditional ideas about races clearly exist. The only question is how significant the differences are, which boils down to the old nature-nurture debate..
