I found Stargate SG-1 to have a lot of good science in many ways. For example, they even go into how to correct for inertia when you're in a superfast spaceship that's maneuvering like crazy; your standard scifi would just skip that as it interferes with the plot.
With that said, they've also had some really, really, really bad science (the "out of phase with the rest of the universe" episodes always bothered me, since if you're out of phase, you shouldn't be able to interact with anything in the universe, so you can't see/hear/breathe/not explode from internal pressure)
