Not much, compared to westerners, but it's still a common part of the diet. Western-style desserts that use dairy products (ice cream, cakes/cheesecakes, cream puffs, etc) are quite popular. Milk isn't wildly drunk on it's own (except for the *PWAH* onsen meme) but it's commonly put into coffee and tea and things. The one thing I don't think Japan consumes very much of is cheese.

Xenoestrogens making girls enter puberty earlier and subsequently giving them bigger tits is the main cause. Most plastics in food and drink packaging contain them and Japan autistically finds a way to wrap everything(not just food) in plastic. You might've seen the posts of trannies cooking plastic in a pan as an estrogen substitute, Japan is essentially doing the same. They're also reliant on food imports from China which is a polluted shithole and that's where another major xenoestrogen comes from, dioxins.

Way worse than the plastic in comparison. Dioxins are bioaccumulative and stay in your body for a long time, giving your favorite JAV actress bigger titties with every year that comes. Birth control works the same way and isn't really broken down in the environment, Japan isn't as affected by this as they don't really use hormonal birth control but in the west birth control are a major source of estrogens in the water supply.

Second reason is much more simple and is nutrition. Malnutrition doesn't really exist in truly developed countries and the lack of it leaves no people who experienced stunted development to drag the average breast size down.

For adult men specifically it's rather insignificant at the levels of typical exposure due to the fact that the homeostatic effect of sex hormones for men is stronger and your estrogen receptors are "saturated" at your normal hormone levels to simplify it a bit. What's much more serious is the effect on newborns and infants.
I'm not too familiar with the terminology in english but excessive estrogen exposure in the womb has feminizing effects that last for a long time. Higher risk of genital ambiguity and shorter distance between the dick and anus which is closer to that of a girl (related: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC1280349/)) and some markers of femininity like digit ratio being higher and a less masculinized face.

The last two effects I mentioned have solid research regarding their effect on typical male and female traits in adulthood but I haven't found any studies between xenoestrogen exposure during pregnancy to degree of femininity in adulthood. Would be very interesting to know if xenoestrogens a contributor to the increase of typically feminine behaviours and traits in developed countries
