Videogames are desgined to be addictive. You're not assuming he would be programming or looking up shit or doing some other useful thing on it are you? Btw he can do that if he wants to, but he won't have his own computer. Smartphones are off the table till 14 or so.

Alright, assuming a perfectly formed baby.
If breast fed, the milk of said mother should be from a healthy mother. She needs vitamins, proteins, leisure, work, etc etc.
If not formula should be given as needed.
Most of this comes down to what your baby consumes over time, through all senses of the word, including visually.

You are looking to increase processing power and memory, luckily, modern vitamins, even those silly fred flinstone vitamins are better than nothing in a harsh situation over time.

These will protect the body along with regular meals and encourage development, and with luck, some copper ions and other minerals will augment the speed of thought, if present in multivitamins.

Meals should just follow RDA to the letter/number, some days won't be perfect, but the closer you get to ideal will greatly show over time.
As for physical strength, a decent amount of exercise is needed. This can be whatever you choose, but I prefer strength training because it's hilarious to see other nerds lose their shit that a walking giant is also fast in the mind department. Just make sure it's enough to keep healthy.
Then it's just a matter of keeping alive. Vaccines, minor surgeries, fillings etc etc.
If you are really, really looking for a genius level intellect, stimulate the mind though intense mathematical board games, video games, music, books and fun. Also build up a tolerance to boredom, sometimes being inactive is just as important as being active all the time. Maybe some alone time with their thoughts.
Then it's just regular maintenance. Study. Planning. Etc, etc.
All the way up to adulthood, this will exponentially increase their brain power.
Then at some point it might click that they can use their intellect to create even more avenues for their intellect. This will snowball their prowess and the end result is fascinating to say the least.

I'm not really, I'm more like looking for an optimum where he can fell "free" and not overwhelmed and also not an idiot cause he never learns anything on his own. So I don't want to be an asian parent stereotype who's 6yo kid has to study 9 hours a day, I'm looking for a way to get him to want to learn more by himself. Also I wouldn't care much if he had shit grades, I'd tell him school is bs and teachers are losers (cause school is where most people lose their enthusiasm). I'd care about if he didn't learn anything useful in his own time, but kinda afraid this is too idealistic. Also that's why I'd minimize their access to computers.

The tl;dr of this long article is:

Jewish women have a high tendency to be lesbian/bisexual/gender fluid, at least from my experience with them (sisters and girlfriends). It's probably genetic, they're not the most feminine people in the world, both physically and mentally.
