how likely is it possible that a human civilization will be established on mars in the next 100 years

Terraformed, very unlikely. Human colony? Possible, maybe slightly more likely than 50/50.

Very unlikely.
We don't even have a moon base yet.

Define established.
A permanent Mar base up to a hundred people still depending on Earth supplies, likely.
A self sustaining colony, unlikely.
Source: my ass of course. Other sources aren't any better though.

Conception of colonization of space is the thing of past nowadays, so rather chances on Martian colony are very small.

Depends. I'm positive we could make great strides in such technology, and very quickly, if the world actually cared, and not just a few people.

I believe OPs post is more dangerous to space exploration than the threat presented in your image

>> No.11625721

>>11625588
That's why we're fucked. Nobody cares about space exploration anymore.

>he thinks gravity wells are the future of mankind

mars is just a shitty earth clone, the solar system has a ton of low mass bodies with massive mineral wealth for both export to earth and the construction of space infrastructure.
