Not in this dimension, in the lower ones sure. Your question is like asking "so you think nothing denser than Styrofoam can float in the lake". Not it can't, but it can sink to the bottom where the more dense material gathers. Reality is a little bit different however because humans can't sense metaphoric "the bottom" of the river in our avatars, but it is still there, we are stuck in a density in the current so to speak. But there is a "surface" and a "bottom" we just cant get to it (yet) in the 3rd dimensional density
