There's so many different interpretations of what intelligence is and so many factors that go into shaping it, it's the equivalent of saying "My consciousness is more human than his consciousness!". There's no way to know, like for instance, people with ADHD using struggle greatly with reading comprehension and language skills, but simultaneously, they have the knowledge to do these things, but they struggle with keeping things like short term memory or self talk under control or lack even the ability to have these abilities.
