The wikia and textbook recommendations. The specialized threads (e.g. chemistry thread, subset of engineering thread, etc.) are good if you can relate..
It also encouraged me to truly embrace math as a passion.

The parts that kinda fucked me in the head for a while when I was younger, were about determinism, IQ, genetics, and race. I became more successful at my craft when I stopped caring and browsing /sci/ regularly.
The study drug promotion is damaging too.
There's so much COVID-19 misinformation here as well.
