A naive experiment would be to ask a man his opinion about abortion and then asking him how often he has sex. The only problem here is the self-reporting so if you want to be more sophisticated what you can do is:

These are considered "alpha" traits and I believe it stands to reason that these same men likely don't support abortion to such a degree that liberals do. Clearly anti-abortion thus is an alpha trait.

Your hypothesis lacks objective criteria. What makes a male omega vs. alpha? Income? Asset ownership? Reproductive success?

If you want to test a hypothesis, first you have to define it.
