A state justifies its existence minimizing selection pressure acting on the individual, through group administratively created surplus.
While technological progress causes selection pressure to globalize, nation states remain territorial and thus incapable to respond, unlike globalist capitalists, possibly making it look as if they pursued global governance.

We want to establish a defacto state via a capitalist company, inside the established global state structure by offering service minimizing selection pressure, through group administratively created surplus.
As a company we have no need for weapons, own currency, passports... circumventing state competition. We can even offer services instead.
