Haven't they been harping on this for years, with nothing to show for it? Anyhow, electric universe 'theories' can be quite difficult to properly debunk since none of them have sufficient mathematical rigor to actually test their predictions properly.

I've been sitting on an idea now that'd allow for just about everyone to build their own 40 foot giant mecha using parts they source from local Home Depot. (build price think around mid sized car) but the part that was lacking was power source. If everyone had cold fusion reactors in their home then you could easily baba yaga everyone homes. People could live in literal walking fortresses. When you move your home, you literally move your home. In a situation like COVID19 you could seal it off, live in it for as long as you need. If you need to go somewhere you just move the freaking house instead of leaving it.

I'm not sure if this is a good thing or a bad thing.

the entire project is designed to fail. here's the trick
they present the tech as working with a flashing video and without actual results or specification to lure in investors who also come from the same pseudo science background they do
after reeling in money the project will fail as expected and they blame shadow organisations or big oil, big energy, whatever to manipulate their work
rift between "us" and "them" is strengthened, gaining bigger support within their group for other cash grabs
it's just designed to encapsulate their filter bubble once more, and the enemy is made clear once again, giving them purpose to continue

If such devices are possible, why aren't countries that don't give a fuck about what the US government, oil, and industrial complexes want using them? China being the big example. The PRC's biggest strategic weakness is that they import 2/3rds of their oil, mostly from middle eastern & African countries. Very vulnerable to naval blockade, given the geography involved. Now, the Chinese have been spending tons of money trying to reduce this weekness - big incentives for electric cars, buying tons of electric buses, their state-owned rail company has racked up $700 billion in debt setting up high speed rail, and so on. If some cheap energy device existed this spending would all be unnecessary; even if it is too bulky for mobile use, it would make synthetic fuels possible. So why would the Chinese government make themselves weaker? Cheap energy wouldn't destabilize their government; if anything it would make their system more robust & less susceptible to outside influences.

obviously we both, as well as most other people, know it is not possible.
Electric/plasma universe and other anti-relativistic physics "theories" are philisophically motivated rather than agnostic. Meaning, when you actually just accept the universe for how it is and use empiricism and the scientific method to unravel how it works, you get relativity and QM. EU people don't like the idea that light is constant in all reference frames despite the fact that this is true, so they make up bullshit because they desire, ultimately, a classical universe that doesn't exist.

I see vaguely labelled pictures and article making vague claims about producing energy. But neither seem to have anything to do with what they built and what they claim to have shown. It's not a reactor. Why do you so gullibly swallow every claim they make if you think skepticism is healthy?

>The experiment claims to be a success
So now you're backtracking from "it succeeded" to "it claims to be a success." Of course, uppity can't actually explain how. Actually it seems you don't understand anything about what you're promoting since you refuse to explain anything.

So, if this is indeed quackery, what are they all doing all day? Are they all in on the scam? Are they all deluded to think something that doesn't work, works? From the video they have
>Big flashy mechanism with lots of complexity. >Big promises about energy production at low cost
>Identification with Tesla - 'An unfairly marginalized genius, like us'
>Thriving 'Us vs Them' mentality

All the usual ingroup - outgroup hallmarks and absolutely no formalized science or descriptive mathematical systems to keep them honest.

I suspect many of them are earnest, they've just been taken in by the promise of an accepting group that makes them feel good and important - Just like every other cult.

I'm equally sure that others, probably the leaders, are just in it to develop a cutting edge way of scamming scientifically illiterate investors out of their money.

There's also the other obvious question of 'Why is no one else doing it if it works so well'

They'd probably insist that everyone else too closed minded and arrogant, that the 'establishment' is too strong to allow it, 'follow the money' memes etc.

This despite the existence of DARPA, where the whole reason for the group's existence is to throw money at scientifically tenuous technology and see if it can work. Plus similar other groups in every developed nation and academia for decades at LEAST.

>New answer : The one we have already indicated previously. The spacetime we are considering is the 5-dimensional spacetime whose metric is of the form x,y,z real and t complex. As we said before, the superposition space of the metrics can be described by the separated quotient topological space R3,1 cross R4 diagonally quotiented by SO(3). So we are considering the orbits of the action of SO(3) on the total space R3,1 cross R4. The dimension 3 of this action gives the foliation (here our quotient topological space is "sliced" by a 3 spacelike surface. But note that the timelike parameter-which is out of the orbit of the action of SO(3)- is *complex* so that the slicing is giving an evolution in real or imaginary time).
