If you get the zodiac killer's sign aka the circle and lines it also points as a location in that cipher 340, maybe in others too? The horizontal lines on top and bottom of the cipher and the vertical ones point to the middle which is a + ( again, a part of the zodiac killer,s symbol, and if we get the characters from the sides and top and bottom going in clock wise order is either: -, V, -, and then again his symbol, which matches perfectly at the bottom. or replace the V aka semi-decile virgintile, an arc of 18 degrees with P, not paragraph, pilcrow, but a normal P. Im still figuring things out, will get back to you, i couldnt sleep.

UPDATE 4: Oh wow! I think that this is very big!

The 8th character is what appears to be a semisextile, but a normal semisextile is turned 45 degrees than what it is on the 340 cipher, and also the > which i started this thread with, which points to the murder locations, is a 45 degree reverse semi-square/semi-square. So this is more evidence that the angles have more meaning in the cipher, will keep you updated.

I worked on this a bit myself OP.

I was working under the hypothesis that mirrored symbols relate to the layout of the cypher - code.

Just woke up! Will try to work more on this today, will post updates. Apparently i was right about his symbol representing a pattern on the 340 cypher, which the symbols of have been solved, as i said, - - P and then his symbol, apparently also connect in the middle to form some sort of a circle and with the horizontal and verticle middle points there are two words, SLAVE and PARADICE, as we know from the 408 cypher his motive for killing is because he thinks its fun and because he wants slaves in the afterlife.

Hey! Im sorry! I started doing the Z340 cipher but was fascinated by the Z13, the place his name was on, i think i deciphered it, as i said before atleast a part of it, before the mysterious Z13 which is apart of the solved Z408 puzzle which ends on: my name is, and the rest is the unsolved Z13 which i think i deciphered, First i converted the characters to ascii and then i put them in ZKdecryptor, i was looking at all the information on the Zodiac killer, all letters, messages, i tried different combinations all night and day, finally i tried this key: ILIKEKILLINGPEOPLESLAVEPARADICE

together with a lot of different settings which i can give if you want more info.

The first part, ILIKEKILLINGPEOPLE, was the key to Z408, and since they are linked i thought to try it. And then SLAVESPARADICE are the words that i talked about before which showed when you applied the Zodiac Killer's symbols on the unsolved z340 which i'll get right back to.

But final conclusion, if i'm right, the Zodiac Killer's name is Heathe.

The cypher comes out to "My Name Kean". Kane was known to use multiple spellings of his name.

He was just a military with a bachelor in Criminal Justice in some university of California near the crime scenes, that's why he has knowledge when it comes to LE ways of operations and was familiarized with the crime scenes, and that's why he said something like attack someone (referring to cops) in their own territory was wrong, he showed some kind of empathy regarding cops and the way he attacked, using a flashlight, saying things to calm down his victims, making the woman tie up the male and disguise his appearance due make me resemble the EARONS who by himself was a LE officer.

He also somehow knew that by sending pictures of his bomb to the SFPD would eventually cause them to reach him by tracing it back somehow to the sender, I don't know if a random killer with no knowledge about this subject could know about this

Here is the real lineup of the killings

When he fled to Vermont he used the later letter to encrypt clues to locations where he killed in the ciphers using the older Z340 template

This acted as a dual use or multi use cipher

The one entry into the Vigenere Tableau was moved into position to locate the quarry through the setting of a centerpoint and 4 quadrants

The Z340 was a Homophonic Cipher that required the use of a shifted Vigenere Tableau

The top line was a sort of fill in the blank

The phrase was a hint at the vertically entered shift and the whole set could be translated by entering the text into the cipher tableau when the key phrase was entered

The use of these ciphers later was coined into the Operation Bayonet, Wrath of God, and Spring of Youth in Palestine. The Bus Bomb letter set up the suicide bombings in Palestine as well.

The Z340 was using the separation of the two types of ciphertext as a way to confuse the word recognition software.

This software was basic and useless back then to them in defeating the ciphers of the Z340 and the attempt to find the breaks in the cipher.

The parts were embedded into the whole to be used to break the ciphertext down, but as you can see there were many steps to the science revealing these moves were necessary.

Each hint was embedded in either the previous cipher, or the following one and required the inclusion of these parts in the breaking the whole of them one by one

Each part of the leftovers of the previous cipher then applied to unlock the next cipher, and then the next cipher's end used to unlock the rest of them.

A compounding cipher that embeds the instructions within the patterning of certain elements that are recognizable as legitimate methods of codebreaking

When he had set up the 4Pi killings with the ringleader of the Cult, he was driven around to locations as he was a broke college student on the run. Apparently the Z13 My Name Is Cipher is used to enter any name of a person and using the results they crafted the scenario around their abduction and murder in a specific area. They used the cipher to target the person and the cards to leave the trail to the body of the victim.

The outlines matched but the words showed the need for a shift to the field highlighted by their wording and the exclamation point cheering. The image of the Skeleton smiling when you line it up and showing some of the locations that highlight the objects described in the ciphers

The shift looks like this with the red rectangle over the field fitting perfectly. The web also takes its place over the previous areas that were shown in the pic above

The sequence is leading to a mountain

The cipher talked about a mountain near an army base and a Kern he set.

The rock carved has a SAT and then an AN on the rock pointing to the peak

The cipher card overlaid on the town leaves the lower part to outline the location perfectly matching the Bissett Mtn rock and points at the location on the mountain where the body is found.
