im in grad school - just started - and most of the papers about complex systems are from public ivies. So, from that list, only UCB is relevant.

Also in college i NEVER read a paper from harvard, princeton or caltech.

PEY is better because you're able to work for a whole 12 or 16 months. A lot of employers don't like hiring Waterloo students because they can only work for like 4 months, so it's not worth hiring someone for just that amount of time.
