Does this pretty much show that psychiatry is pure quackery?

Someone with no qualifications can pass for 22 years

Psychiatry is quackery by many other reasons:
(totally subjective diagnoses, Semmelweis, Letov, etc.)

>> No.11417198

Mostly psychiatry is about having a high WIS and CHA score, traits they share with scam artists.

Why aren't we hiring more scam artists as psychiatrists? I'd bet this guy is better than averagee.

put a person experiencing no significant distress in 10 sessions with 10 therapists and you'll receive different diagnoses and different treatment options, diagnosis is just guesswork with the "doctors" biased plugged in and medication is just a shotgun shell, try things until something works, there are some legitimate mental issues but most are exacerbated by the fact we try to diagnose and treat them instead of leaving them, people view getting nervous meeting new people or being in crowded chaotic places as mental illness instead of just a response but on the other hand I'm a schizophrenic so I'm probably just as biased as the doctors who forced diagnoses on me

It's pure quackery since psychiatrists do not use the scientific method.
