humans are animals, so yes. high sex drive is part of it since it is puts the individual at higher risk of stds. odd fetishes may contribute to this as well. other factors could just be what constitute a toxic personality in general. it is convenient that they signal to others to keep their distance. no well rounded person would deface themselves like these degenerates.

Yes, absolutely. Good looking people tend to be healthier and have a better quality of life overall. It is well known that attractiveness correlates with success and achievement, as well as health.
If you are unhealthy or depraved, it will likely reflect in your appearance. I.e. if you have a chronic health problem, you may be quite withdrawn and may not be able to maintain a healthy lifestyle (less physical activity, less sun, less socialising). If you abuse substances, this will affect your sleep and metabolism - which will obviously show in your appearance. If you have psychological problems (e.g. gender dysphoria), you are likely to be socially withdrawn and otherwise engage in destructive behaviours. You are also liable (and encouraged) to permanently mutilate your body, seeing you further down the rabbit hole.
The problem with self-destructive behaviours (depravity/degeneracy) is that it is cyclical. Low self-esteem leads to lassitude, lassitude leads to poor life choices, and poor life choices leads to low self-esteem. All the while, your circumstances are worsening and your body is deteriorating. And when you finally wake up (if you wake up), the regret is so tragic and punishing that you may not be able to cope with it all - in which case you revert to type and fall down the rabbit hole head first.

You don't need citations to make logically cogent statements, and you can state facts without deference to scientific publications...
Anyway, you can do a simple online search for a number of papers that explore the correlation between health, success and attractiveness. I won't reference any specific papers because I haven't read more than the abstracts of only some of them just to make sure. When I did look into this properly many years ago (reading some papers), the literature overwhelmingly showed the correlations described. Seriously, if you're just after publications, just google it.
