Read. And i don't just mean textbooks--read novels and books on topics you know very little about.

People tend to develop tunnel vision as they get older and taking in new perspectives and brand new information becomes harder. If you're constantly exercising those parts of your mind, it's less likely to atrophy.

Eat healthy (med diet is the way to go with your occasional USA fatty meal when you’re distressed (fat calms you down)), sleep well, study, do intensive exercise, throw away the things (people) that stress you. Stop consuming trash entertainment (brainlet entertainment such as action games and Hollywood, (((those))) are bad for you), start reading good, non-commercial sublime literature and cinema, and have fun in the weekends.

do you have a week to spend? Cut all electronic devices to zero. Cut trashy food. Read books for 3,4 hours a day and the most important part - go for long hikes in the woods. Brain fog will lift completely.

you're going to feel big improvement after just 2 days and after a week you will be a new man. I do that whenever i have opportunity.
