I'm 130 IQ but I think I'm just average intelligence.

When I hear someone like jim willie talking, he makes me feel dumb, and I guess his IQ is 150-160.

Anyone on my same position?
It bothers me that I will never be as smart as jim willie.
I feel average when he talks on his youtube videos.

same. When studying things like QM I keep thinking there is no way I would have came up with this shit on my own, but someone did.

You think you feel dumb? Try being 108 IQ retard like me, it's painful being this dumb. Life seems meaningless when you're this stupid, like what's even the point? There are people out there with 130-200 IQs and here I am with a fucking brainlet gnat brain... it's so unfair

I had a learning disability and I fixed it and got my IQ up to 135 and now I can lecture.
This is how I did it,
Anything you need to know about, research it on Wikipedia, and whenever you don't understand a word fully, research the word you don't understand, then go back and start again, now you will be able to get past that word ;) you can use your brain in a different way, just look at Wikipedia everyday, it teaches you cool stuff in a linear visual and accurate way, takes a while but it's worth a try.

People who persistently worry about their IQ are sub-60 chimps. To waste time thinking of what could have been is pointless. >>11218603 has his priorities straight, working to improve himself. Still concerned about his IQ, but now as a prideful boast rather than a pointless hindrance, which I suppose is marginally better.

Try benzos. Seriously. I'm a 150+ fag and they help a lot, help me connect with other people and feel like a normal person. They inhibit GABAa receptors (inhibitory), so since your brain can't counteract overstimulation as well your overall excitatory function drops a little bit. A lot of times it helps me think more clearly, too many synapses firing isn't always a good thing (i.e. adhd, autism, scizophrenia)

Not him, but what are benzos? I'm somewhere around 120-130 I think but constantly chasing overstimulation.

an IQ of X doesn't endow you with the abilities to understand everything you hear. Contrary to popular belief, you still have to perform cognitively intense tasks like the rest of everyone else - the "faster hardware" analogy breaks down here.
You should stop thinking about this in terms of concrete IQ and just get a sense of what crowd you feel comfortable in. I feel a much more meaningful measure comes down to what you're learning, who you're learning from, what where you're going towards. This is why I trust a repertoire of papers and citations way more than I trust an IQ score.

Although Wikipedia isn't the best source of information, it's one of the better places to start when you're curious about a topic and trying to learn about it in simpler terms.

What do you do to improve your knowledge, anon?
