When listening to Trump his repetition can be annoying but when the conversation is all said and done, those repeated words are remembered. It's communication that bypasses the interpretation the brain does and puts it straight into memory. It's an understanding of psychology on a functional level not really explored in a lot of areas outside of 80s/90s television commericals.
