What does /sci/ think about Kombucha, Kefir, Water Kefir?

Did you tried them yourself? What was your experiences? Are there proven benefits of ingesting?

you should never buy kombucha or kefir. do it yourself at home. its quiet simple and doesnt take any time. everything else is pasteurized and do not have the microbiome you are looking for comsuming this products

Hey anon, have you tried Binzango and Dookadooka? It tastes bad and there's no reason to think it's good for you, but hey! I'm a good New Yorker reader, and the emperor has clothes after all.

I prefer Filmjolk to Kefir, it’s almost the same thing but it just tastes better.
