If something helps you study but may fuck your dopamine receptors long term then maybe it's not a smart choice
Long term planning man it's the secret of success

Do your research and only take combos that have been tested on mice first. Don't take too many. I took WAY too many and monitored my progress using the lichess rating graph, I was progressing rapidly right up until I started taking nootropics and then my progress instantly stopped, yet every day I was still practiced chess without improvement. The fact that I was practicing craploads with no improvement, didn't simply mean that my progress was halted, it actually likely signified potential brain damage, the practice simply neutralized evidence of regression in intellectual chess abilities.

Is it possible to nootropic himself without spending $10 000 or without buying stuffs to some obscure Russian mafia?

Definitely, just google "nootropic stacks". Don't bump this shitty pseudoscience thread though.

Aniracetam
Alpha GPC
Lion’s Mane Mushroom
Fishoil

Is one I looked up on google, my stack was like 20+ things. I would only take it when you need to study though, not 24/7 for the rest of your life. Take breaks.

CBD+microdose thc
mid term low dose vyvanse
legit omega 3 source (not fishoil)

I've tried all sorts of nootropics. I've tried caffeine mixed with theanine, racetams, adderall, sulbutiamine, and now I'm currently microdosing LSD.

I think LSD microdosing is the most effective method for me. It puts me in a serious flow state really easily.

A).
>pseudoscience
There are way more beneficial consumables than what's common in diets – per nutrient, and of effects.

B).
Choline, metabolites of cellular energy and neurochemicals, ashwagandha, caffeine ..

I only ever used moda.
It's good to go through a heavy day (but you have to be careful to not get a headache). But ultimately just put your sympathetic system in overdrive and you end up feeling drained the next day or day after, you are just loaning energy over the next day.

>>11147843
Fishoil is really just a dietary supplement and a meta analysis found it had no effects on many things sellers claim compared to placebo.

Reminds me of some sort of "smart drugs in Silicon Valley" material, I think by Bloomberg, that I saw. The guy speaking in it seemed completely out of it, it's like his eyes weren't focusing.

Be careful, anons.

If you're suffering from depression, the book 'Feeling Good' by MD David Burns can help.
It's about cognitive-behavioral therapy, a successful treatment for depression, dealing with negative thinking patterns.

(if you don't want to use Mediafire, look for it on libgen.is - it's a good site for PDFs in general - browse/download at your own discretion).

Also listen to https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qmDwl2-IZEk
It's an audiobook of 'Feel the Fear and Do It Anyway' by Susan Jeffers, a self-help book on overcoming anxiety.

You can also try some St. John's Wort (it's a plant) tea for immediate relief (I mix mine with Melissa for the calming effect).

It might also be nice to learn to meditate, as it can relieve your mind of negative thoughts. nperov.com for learning materials.

Or maybe you just have a vitamin D defficiency, see >>/sci/thread/S10221251 Go get some sun.
