That doesnt make sense to me. If we were to look at the formative years of mankind, what incentive does the woman have to have a high IQ? The man can use his his IQ to gain an edge over prey and predator, ensuring survival and making him high status. There is a social component to intelligence, but it it is very weak. To achieve 15 point improvement in IQ, you need to move said individual from bottom 5% to the upper 95% of socioeconomic strata.
