Pic. unrelated.

Let's suppose I found mathmatical function, which generates some order (e.g. every number divisible only by 1 and itself )

How to correctly publish it?

If you had a brain, you'd be dangerous.

Just go on vixra and publish with the rest of the cranks. No actual mathematician cares about what you did, because 99.999% chance it's completely trivial (likely something to do with wilson's theorem).
If you knew what you were doing, you wouldn't be asking such questions.

It can get faster, sure prime number generations for cryptographic algorythm.

Take a moment to ask yourself if it's very likely to go from "doesn't really understand what a journal is or how a paper gets published" immediately to "has a unique publishable insight that mathematicians previously haven't seen". It's possible, but it's not going to be the case for an area as important as prime numbers in computing. What you've found is either already known or false. If you want to be a mathematician you really should do so through a university, so you can more easily see what's already understood and what new ground is still to be broken.

No. I have no prior education in mathematics, therefore I don't need a name of dude to describe principle.

I have 10 experience writting for loops, and I have used calculator like 20 years ago for first time.

better throw in the towel guys, we're dealing with a real tech wizard here

It sounds funky, but I've started with 2^10 computing power compared to guy with 20 years experience.
