Uhhh why are we letting google and the government track and stalk us illegally? Isn't that not allowed? Why are they doing it?

>> No.11134356

And not just Google but every company and government is violating privacy.

They are violating privacy so much that it's as if there is no such thing at all when there is supposed to be.

Are they even doing it in good faith? Lol.

You can easily make it illegal for them to store that data. It wouldn't even effect anything every single system could work well without google being able to access your data you would just have to be creative about it. But the government likes being able to spy on people so they don't care.

Necessity is the mother of invention. If their is a demand for privacy then theirs an opportunity for other companies to get a slice of the market. An example of this is duckduckgo. DDG would not be nearly as popular if it was for Google's data collecting turning people off

But, how will they stop the pedofiles?
How will they stop pizza-gate?

If you did nothing wrong, then you have nothing to hide. Right? That's what they say.

And by nothing wrong, I mean nothing that offends their fragile christian morals or political beliefs.
They see gays, trans, jews and legal immigrants just as bad as pedophiles but they can't legally prosecute.
Instead they'll just collect date so they know who to punish when they gain enough power to alter the laws to their liking.

Honestly though, I'm deathly afraid of the day predictive algorithms and personality profilers become accurate enough that they can predict our thoughts and actions before we know them ourselves.
They can then use auto-text generating AI like talktotransformer to feed us the specific words that'll shape our thoughts to what ever they desire or need. Any illusions of free will will be erased once we're start being brainwashed and controlled through automated propaganda by AI.
Once this starts taking off and everyone does it'll be the death of the human soul.

They're already building the profiles on every human being for this. Facebook is already building the AI and have already experimented with controlling "users sentiment" by slightly altering wording of news articles. This future is closer than you think. We may even see the 1st prototypes of this put into the field during 2020 elections.

There are liberty phones, but they have apps in C, and low ram to run JS.

Possible thing to be is that companies that track people and posses ultimate deep learning powers and recognition are probably way more efficient at gathering technologies or manufacturing in expensive factories.

I don't know why they need so much data for marketing, to suck every penny, there are better ways in almost any cooperation game, than waving with some paper or integer at server.

It's the whole world. China is instituting their social credit system, we've had mass surveillance since at least the 2000's. It's supposedly illegal but the NSA and CIA have demonstrated over and over that they don't care about laws. And they can simply hide behind shit being "classified".
