building muscle mass will also boost your metabolism and is a good part of the bulk hard then cut hard paradigm but if you had to do one thing, HIIT boost your metabolism even better but also exercising long hours in the aerobic zone will LITERALLY melt the fat of you

but the easiest thing I did to lose weight was to take everything I ate and only half of it

Like if I was going to eat 4 slices of pizza, I started eating 2. 1500 cal breakfast ->750 cal breakfast
