don't be so serious. treat your life as a tragic and meaningless comedy. that's what i do. sure i'm probably clinically insane at this point but idk how else to cope with this ephemeral existence of mostly suffering with some nice fleeting high notes from time to time.

I always wonder why incels just don't do what Muslim gangs do. If you all just get together on the streets and just rape a girl and then leave, nothing happens. Who is the culprit? There are like 50 of you, and no one knows your name anyway. It seems Muslims, for all their faults, have a pretty nice solution to the incel question.

i can't speak on behalf on incels since i'm not one but i think it has to do with the fact they are too comfortable atm to do anything like that. only when they are pushed way outside of what they can cope with do we see the shooters and other things. maybe we'll see coordinated attacks in the future but for now we'll have standalone complexes. it's sort of the same reason why occupy never went violent as it should have. westerners while being miserable have been pacified by comforts and distractions of the modern info age, a golden mental cage the muslim gangs were never put in.

>> No.11077866

>>11077859
Well, that's a comforting thought. Our societies are so good that even incels are too comfortable. That should be a campaign slogan.

>> No.11077870

>>11077866
it's actually kinda disparaging if you think about it. no real change will ever happen because people are too comfortable with their misery to do anything about it. the rich will just get richer while the 99% continues to get poorer. i do think there is a limit to this though. at some point the powers that be won't be able to keep people more comfortable than they are miserable.

>> No.11077875

>>11077870
Not really. I think you focus too much on the present. When people say "the rich just get richer while the poor get poorer" don't remember that back in the day peasants literally owned nothing. You traded your labor to the nobles for just enough resources to keep you alive until tomorrow, when the same exchange would happen again and again until you died. Nowadays most boomers even own land, and their children will certainly do too.

Life is literally too good for a revolution and I think that if the rich are working tirelessly to keep the poor too happy to kill them, they deserve the rewards that come with that control.

peasants owned land something very few non-boomers do.

life is not too good for revolution. i know people in the lower classes, and they have it pretty rough. often they need to have at least 4-5 people sharing a crummy apartment working full time to barely make ends meet. the cost of living is so much higher than income nowadays and this ratio will continue to increase till revolution.

also no gods, no masters. i will never accept mentally this subservient role to someone who tries to keep me content enough so i don't put their head on a pike and neither should anyone. just saying.

>peasants owned land something very few non-boomers do.
Wrong. In feudalism, the entire point of the system was that the lords owned everything. The kings didn't want (or had the resources) to have a full legal record of every bucko having their house, but they could certainly scatter around some feudal lords around their land and then meet with them every now and then to check that everything was fine and dandy. Peasants DID NOT own land.

>life is not too good for revolution. This is bad but will they kill politicians for it? I don't see any politicians dying so my conclusion is that their life is too good. And it certainly is, peasants had it much worse. Trust me.

>pic related

That is just the effect of more people competing for the same amount of land. Doesn't really have to do with the rich. Trust me, if we capped the price of land so that your curve was horizontal, some billionaire could buy the entire remaining land in the earth right now. You'd be helping them, not the poor. Supply vs demand man, come on!

>also no gods, no masters.
Then kill. Until I see some guy shooting a politician through the skull, my conclusion is that your life is too good. My life is too good. You know how I know? Because I've never killed a politician.

People are very well indoctrinated into the current system, and accustomed to modern conveniences that are in fact detrimental to the human psyche. You are taught your whole life violence BAD/"progress" GOOD by teachers and family alike. People feel helpless, because they are in a society where nearly all important elements of your life are out of your control. Society is stuck in a hedonistic loop that makes everyone feel like shit, but that our primitive brain programming makes us extremely susceptible to.
Side point, not only is security for politicians very good, but assassination would do functionally nothing. Another figure would rise in their place to perpetuate the same mindless ideals.

>Wrong. In feudalism, the entire point of the system was that the lords owned everything.
like how the government owns the land ultimately. it's the same thing, just re-branded for the modern oligarchy. ownership is based on government approval.

>I don't see any politicians dying so my conclusion is that their life is too good.
agreed, for now.

>That is just the effect of more people competing for the same amount of land. Doesn't really have to do with the rich.
yup, it is. but it's also the reason why they will have an increasingly difficult time keeping people content.

>Trust me, if we capped the price of land so that your curve was horizontal, some billionaire could buy the entire remaining land in the earth right now. You'd be helping them, not the poor. Supply vs demand man, come on!
agreed, that wouldn't work. i wasn't suggesting that as a solution, just wanted to show that things are worse for this generation than they have been for others on a critical variable. outside of taking most their wealth i don't see a solution to the problem.

>Until I see some guy shooting a politician through the skull, my conclusion is that your life is too good. My life is too good. You know how I know? Because I've never killed a politician.
good point, it won't be me, my life is too comfy and will remain too comfy. i have too much to lose but if i see the masses revolting i will join them.

Just look back to the chinese revolution, or the american revolution, or the french revolution. You kill kill kill until there is literally no one else left from the previous oligarchy. If all you poor people picked a politician and started killing them off, eventually no one else would have power except you from the fame you'd get for the high-profile murders. You'd be king.

There's plenty of land on Africa. Just saying. Do you really think this is the first time a society has become so advanced they have ran out of land? This has been happening for years! This is why you are supposed to invade other countries.

You don't know if or when that tide is gonna roll in and be able to destroy your castle, and worst case scenario like you said you'll have to rebuild further up the beach.

Meaning, purpose and values come from who you surround yourself with. There are no shortcuts to being content, only distractions and ultimately you define what content is for you.

you have to do some advanced mental gymnastics to be consistently happy in this life, unless you're a Buddhist (who are trained in the mental gymnastics of stillness) or very very rich. There are peer reviewed studies on happiness, serotonin/dopamine levels etc. but it's all fluctuating, always variable. It's not natural to be (always) happy.
Happiness is overrated
