I'm not a flat earther, but if you were in an argument with one. How would you prove them wrong?

how they disputed flat earth in ancient Greece:
>constellations move when you go north/south
>horizon
>gravity
But the reality is that it's all a matter of perspective. If a flat Earth model can predict science just as well as a round one, then the Earth might as well be flat.
Also how tf do you go around the oceans in a massive circle and not fall off if the Earth is flat?

Experiment performed by many people from all around the world at various latitudes on the equinox to measure the sun's angle relative to the observer and map these results onto both a flat and globe model: https://youtu.be/J9w4KtHxZ68

3-D representation of this experiment using data obtained from timeanddate.com: https://youtu.be/7nzEhDX-xzg

Notice how in both instances, the angles don't line up on the flat model indicating the sun is in multiple places at once, while all angles on the globe model point towards the same distant sun as to be expected.

>prove them wrong

You have to prove yourself right first and accoring to this guy https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Eratosthenes they're wrong. First after they show empirical evidence of a flat earth, then they can come up with a means to measure it. Then they're gonna have to explain what causes the so called force of gravity on this flat surface and how its shape can hold enough energy for it and its atmosphere not to be sublimated by space (the retards call it the "atmolayer" which is basically just another description).

If you want the actual answer to the shape of earth the look no further than its core. Mass allegedly causes gravity, therefore at the center of earth where there is no gravity (it self negates) then there is also no mass.

>> No.11067547

>>11067476
>then there is also no mass.
That does not follow. There is mass at the core of the earth and also at the center of mass of the earth.

>> No.11067572

>>11067547
If there is mass then why is there no gravity? Also there is no proof of mass in the core only proof that p waves and s waves get deflected which can be caused by a number of things (such as the disparity between the gravity at the crust and the absence of gravity at the center).

Because of the shell theorem/gauss's law for gravity https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gauss%27s_law_for_gravity

Flat earthers think that the flat earth is moving upwards so if you drop a ball the earth would just move to it instead of the ball moving towards the earth
