I've seen some pretty shitty exams. Could always be the old 1 question exam where messing up the setup or missing the trick might leave you DOA and eligible for no credit. Though I don't know where the 3.7% comes from if it's an unreasonably short exam.

The likely answer is that he copied 235 solutions from an answer key (though you should still get enough second hand knowledge from that to at least pass).
