Chandrayaan-2 Edition

Chandrayaan-2 is the second lunar exploration mission developed by the Indian Space Research Organisation. The lander and the rover will land on the near side of the Moon, in the south polar region at a latitude of about 70° south on 6 September 2019. The wheeled Pragyan rover will move on the lunar surface and will perform on-site chemical analysis for 14 days (one lunar day). The main scientific objective is to map the location and abundance of lunar water.

>Because 1) the Starship would produce lower noise levels than a Falcon 9 and Falcon Heavy and 2) SpaceX would not be conducting tests at night, no significant noise impacts to Boca Chica Village are expected.

Note that this seems to be about 3 engine Starship. Still, Raptor will be a very quiet engine compared to it's thrust.

You have an EU election. You vote your party. That party gets into parliament except if it's a micro party. When in parliament it works with others to form a ruling coalition (or not), who's the public face of the coalition is decided by party mechanics and inter party deals. The head of the EU does not matter, he's interchangable with anyone else in the ruling parties.

Meanwhile in the USA
Ugh.. there's 2 parties, each has one big public face who wants to be president, everyone else does not matter and you could replace them with blow up dolls, it changes nothing. You vote for one. That party gets all the electors for the state, the other voters votes get thrown away. Then those electors go to Washington, and can change their mind and vote for the other party or whatever else they want. Then the party with most in the house of reps has the president.

You're on your way towards a dominant party system. Blue states are actively colonizing red states and your retarded system turns the winning party into imperial institutions with absolute power. There's no purpose in having an opposition party in the USA and coalitions do not happen or are needed.

Falcon launch list on Wikipedia shows Dec 17, but it could get pushed into January.
Boeing is probably having similar delays, but they don't release their bad news as often. So it's still going to be a race to the wire.
