I believe that I had done DMT once, but it was a naturally produced trip that I had "had" in the middle of waking up during (probably) a REM cycle of sleep. It was pretty much unlike anything I've ever experienced ever, and was pretty screwed up. I experienced like a thousand thousand thousand various objects like dice, bikes, toys, trinkets, balls, and other unrecognized objects all in a huge pile that stretched pretty much endlessly as far as I could see, and it was all moving and morphing and the more I looked the more it moved and morphed and vibrated. Everything was changing faster than I could comprehend it to, and some of it turned into what appeared to be living things and robots and musical instruments, but it was continually changing and affecting itself, like it was all alive and it knew that I was looking at it. It was almost comical, but almost threatening at the same time. Pic related is the best image that tries to convey what I experienced, but it is not even close to comparing what I had seen. It lasted for like three minutes, but dang it was not like any normal "dream" where you're casually interacting with things, it was 1000 times more intense. Its a myth that DMT is released during REM sleep, and maybe it is these types of DMT-esque experiences that our brains filter through each night we sleep. Everybody who does DMT feels as if they've done it before or have a feeling of de-ja-vu like they've been to the place they're experiencing doing the drug. Maybe this is why they think that, because they go through the DMT gauntlet every time they turn out the lights.

time to unintentionally educate myself.
DMT is a chemical commonly found in lifeforms. and native americans use it to do sacred rituals because they believe that the hallucinations they have are messages from their gods and shit.
at huge fucking load of it is stored in the spine and if we get a near-death experience, our body will release dmt in the pineal gland.
the experience when inhaled, ingested, or injected dmt is as follows: your limbs get numb, you hear a rigning, you get more of that good shitand you go to a parellel universe where shit can't be explained simulated by your brain.

I got memed into trying DMT through homebrew Ayahuasca and was not impressed.

Sure it was a majestic light show, with some interesting and very creative screen transitions, like a grand stage play but that's about it. You sober up in a few hours, except for the stomachace from the terrible testing acid liquid vinegar + grinded up plant roots that you digested and will have some liquid diahreaa for the next 1-2 days. There was no interesting relevations about the nature of the universe or consciousness.

DUDE

>> No.10898560

I just finished extracting my own DMT last night and smoked it for the first time. Probably around 45mg, used "the machine" to smoke it. Yellow crystals from a straight to base extraction using sodium hydroxide and ronsonol lighter fluid.

Let me just say, I'm never fking doing that again. I've taken high doses of shrooms before (6.1g with a lemon tek) and it was like that, but way fking worse. As soon as I took my first hit and held it in, I forgot everything about myself, and it took all my brainpower to set the bottle down, and even more to remember that I have to breath. Everything I could see was exploded in letters (similar to my shroom trip; everything got covered with the alphabet and then got mixed up.) I had a massive sense of impending doom, thinking "What did I just do, and who are you? Did you fk your life up just barely? What are you trying to do again?" I literally couldn't remember who I was and what I wanted to do in life. I lied down on my bed and all I could see were scattered letters and distorted geometry. I realized I wasn't breathing and kept reminding myself to breath. I felt like I was at death's gate. A voice was saying to me "you should have set up tests and colIected data!" but I was more preoccupied with breathing at the moment. I started getting more of a grip on myself and all I could think of was hugging my gf and repeating to myself that this will all be over soon. As soon as I could see my body again, I realized I was cold and my whole body was shaking. From that point, watched shelter by porter robinson (there were some distorted visuals and hue changes) and then got up and threw all my DMT stuff away.

6 grams isn't all that much for cubes, especially compared to smoking DMT. Why I liked to do was take a hit or too and just experience the threshold activity without breaking through first, in order to familiarize myself

I get the thing w/ the alphabet too except for me it looks like alien language with characters that are a mix of Arabic and Sanskrit or the language from the Predator's arm band bomb thing when he tries to blow Arnie up. They sorta fly/float above like swarms of flies/bees

It's scarier when you haven't experienced ego death before, which it seems like you did in your experience. I'm not sure if you experienced the full extent of a proper breakthrough dose if you were able to go lie down on your bed though.
RE the voices, yeah they always tell me stuff like that but not always in English. Sometimes it's a kinda muffled alien sound like a foreign or mythical language but it almost always has a very mischievous (but not malevolent) character. Sometimes the voice is rhythmic kinda like Tommy hall's jug effect in 13th floor elevators songs. With ayahuasca using psychotria viridia and banisteriopsis caapi, it was a female one rather than male

On DMT I realized the insignificance of the individual when compared to the vastness of time and space. I suppose I always had a conception of that idea, but DMT made me "feel" it rather than just think it. I suppose, if you do get a message, it will be individualized, and maybe not even new. However, the expression of the idea, or the feeling rather than thinking of an idea really does feel profound.

>> No.10904355

>However, the expression of the idea, or the feeling rather than thinking of an idea really does feel profound.
I always chalked it up to the different state of consciousness. ie I felt profound feeling-thoughts like that in lsd and shrooms but it was the brain change that caused the feeling, not the thought itself. just Like how ideas seem incredible, life seems amazing when you are listening to very good music, or you just had some coffee
