Scientifically speaking how do I get off 4chan aside from a few generals that aren't garbage? I can't do this anymore, I've been on here 13 years and low effort shitposting ruining every single board and thread, mostly from /pol/ are stressing me the fuck out, if someone even says something about them ruining 4chan or expresses any political opinion that isn't extreme right /pol/ will flood into the thread and circlejerk about how everything is an agenda against them


This is the only forum, board or otherwise with decent traffic that used to have decent people, now everything is le (((kike))) conspiracy to make your children raping faggot mentally ill libtard and constantly crying about literally anyone on other sites not liking trump

You cannot talk about one fucking thing that isn't a waifu ass without stormniggers coming in, shitting up threads then acting like they're the victims and I can't do this anymore. Based on archives, mods delete a very small % of /pol/ trash and according to ban logs they get a 1 day ban if anything, but complaining about them is a 3 day global

Given how much of a part of my life 4chan has been it's not as easy as just leaving especially since I don't know anywhere even close to pre 2016 (or preferably pre 2014/2011), but i guess someone saying something I don't like on Twitter means I have to spam 4chan with my own extreme politics and do it for free

In case anybody wants to go >muh /pol/ boogeyman go ahead and search terms like "tranny" and "kike" in board archives, especially /tv/. Furthermore /pol/ ahs the highest traffic on the site, so /g/ is /pol/ with technology, /v/ is /pol/ with video games etc.

I share your sentiments, OP. I truly do, I've been here for 13 years as well, from the age of 14. Daily browsing for 8 of those years. However have you ever stopped and truly considered why this place got shit up like it did? It used to be a nice site. Been going here since 2010, and back then it was edgy but at least funny. I used to like /pol/ back in the days when it wasn't the biggest board, and it was a funny joke. I like 4chan because it's an edgy place where you could say whatever, but /pol/ took it too far and started shilling everywhere. The quality of discussion anywhere on the site is absolute shit, save for a few niche boards and generals.

This is the problem. You're clearly a millennial (born before 1996) while the majority of the people on this site are zoomers (born after 1995). In fact, I'd wager that the average poster on 4chan is as young as 19-20 years old. Moreover, there are likely a lot of outright under-aged people posting here, too. I started browsing image board when I was only 16 (now 25).
