Its real. Dont drink bros, dont use drugs. I started early still in high school, drank heavily until ~20. It messed up my avademic record and seriously lowered my braincell count. Its been 10 since I stopped drinking and I think brain is capable of adapting to damage/injury to some degree, I have been living healthy lifestyle, eating well, exercising, I probably got several of those wasted iq points back (I have never been healthier and full of ideas and drive to do stuff and learn things at any other point in my life, definetely not when I was drinking) but I am still late in life(probably about 7 years, 7 years that supposed to best and most productive time in ones life) in education, job, social development.
