No they don’t. Genes do.
Genetic clusters are artifacts generated by computer algorithms. They are not “real”. Species are not “real” either. They are imposed categories humans have invented because doing so is enjoyable and useful to some extent. That STRUCTURE can create genetic clusters from geographic isolation is neither remarkable or particularly useful.
