this isn't true.

The most noteable about this is that it's consistent across every demographic. So white people are getting dumber, Asians are getting dumber and Africans are getting dumber.

It hasn't got to do with one demographic growing. It's a consistent drop in intelligence across every field. One hypothesis is that the average age is increasing since the fertility rate is dropping massively everywhere which means the average IQ of every demographic gets lower due to old people increasing.

It's also possible that technology makes the next generation Millenials/zoomers less intuitive thinkers which is what IQ tests select for. This means as technology gets more sophisticated and a tool every child grown up with it will diminish the critical thinking skills of that child since it's been offloaded to computers and smartphones from a young age.

I personally think it's a mixture of all of these. Average age is going up, nutritional value is going down, Average age of women giving birth is going up, Obesity of parents is going which has negative health effects on the child, Parents on permanent medication is going up, Children being born in polluted environments is going up, mental offloading to technology from a young age is deteriorating the child's ability to develop these areas of the brain properly.
