Responsible nicotine use (virtually nobody) isn't THAT bad, however the countless carcinogenic bullshit in cigarettes specifically not to mention the smoke itself is catastrophic for health. The reason weed isn't as bad is regardless of one considering the drug safe, it's far safer than nicotine, people don't smoke nearly the total mass in joints/bongs/whatever as they do cigarettes and you're still just smoking weed without additives

Use a vape for weed always, for nicotine if you're looking to quit cigarettes (keep in mind the ease and comfort of a vape can make abuse with both nicotine weed far worse)

Experimental studies, even with lab rats, are harder evidence than epidemiological studies, brainlet.

it's really fucking bad (but you knew that)
chewing it is really fucking bad, too (pic related)
And inhaling vaporized chromium is bad, too. (vaping)

Why do so many studies find so little correlation with longterm pot smoking and any kinds of cancer? Aren't you still inhaling a lot of the same compounds? (not as cigarettes, but as tobacco)

>> No.10621769

>>10621750
The notion of harm isn't there as much so self-selection on part of the recipients and their families are less likely to come forward with adverse results.
Never underestimate the amount of imbeciles for tobacco coming forward with "smokin dun it, i told him not 2 smoke!!!!"

no weed doesn't actually contain the same amount of compounds. almost none of them iirc. except like a shitton more of tar.

>> No.10623763

It's generally not a good idea to inhale anything other than oxygen

>Aren't you still inhaling a lot of the same compounds?
Not really. While smoking tobacco isn't awesome for you, a lot of the chemicals they use to speed up the drying and curing process is pretty foul shit. It's good for profit margins, as to do it naturally takes months.
If anyone's lived in the Carolinas you can still go out in the middle of nowhere and find some tobacco fields with barns that look like they have every other board missing. They hang the leaves over these and let them dry and cure in the sun and heat for a season.
With modern industrial practices they can do all that in a few weeks.

Nope, so do not put it in your body.
