People would have already gone through countless iterations throughout this timeline if that were the case. Suicide survival rates would be much higher as well. You would have to consider this timeline amongst those being jumped between, otherwise you assume location within this supposed multiverse is determined by consciousness. Is that really more likely than "currently most humans die somewhere between 0-200 years"

From my own personal experience I can see that I age and my body can and does sustain permanent damage (eg scars, tooth decay).

Even if quantum immortality is a thing, at some point my body will just wear out.

If QI was real and my life span was infinite, it would be astronomically unlikely that I just happen to be only 28 right now. Life probably resets at some point and you reincarnate into a fresh life.

If that were the case then the person that would die would most likely not have the idea that he died since he would shift into a universe where his death did not happen. This feel like a sort of thing that would seem impossible since the person would keep shifting universes endlessly as he would never be able to die. Which contradicts reality which i think overall that this is impossible
