To all scientists, rationalists and atheists, you ignore the fact that reality and history is written by those who transcend themselves above the masses and become gods.

An individual can achieve Godhood. A God believes only in his/her own values.

Friedrich Nietzsche presented the world with a philosophy of life that called for a rigorous reevaluation of all values. His critical analysis of Western civilization resulted in him drawing a crucial distinction between the ‘slave morality’ of the masses and the ‘master morality’ of those superior individuals who elevate human society through intellectual creativity. As a result, Nietzsche’s ‘philosophy of overcoming’ emphasizes self-creation and the affirmation of life. Looking ever to the future, he envisioned the coming of a ‘noble man’ who would assert his own will and create his own values without being limited by the false and outmoded values of the mediocre masses.

Many humans have a natural tendency to respect power, either out of fear, envy, or genuine reverence. This is why we forgive our politicians doing all sorts of horrible things that we would imprison or kill "regular" people for doing. Starting wars, sending others' kids off to die, squandering untold billions of dollars, wrecking the economy with ignorant economic policies, exercising arbitrary and capricious power over others, not caring about the consequences of one's actions, etc. Humans put a LOT of very unfounded faith in their leaders; it's one of our most irrational qualities. Is it really any wonder that we still allow genocides to happen?
