I mean, “discrete math” as a topic is way too big for one book. It’s like trying to fit all of continuous mathematics into one book.

A good introduction would be concrete mathematics and Jean gallier’s discrete mathematics. If you’re feeling adventurous and want to really learn discrete mathematics, simultaneously read and do problems from diestel’s graph theory and lovasz’s combinatorial problems and exercises
