Mortar and pestle, calcinator, alembic, retort.
The "Grand Master" variant is more efficient, but the cheaper ones work too. Fortify intelligence before attempting the more complicated recipes!

Real talk I never built up my alchemy skill in Morrowind. Was it even useful? What does Scrib Jelly and Moon Sugar do? Feather 78 pts for 233 seconds?

In morrowind you can make a fortify intelligence potion with a short duration, then immediately make another fortify int which will be stronger since your int is higher, then just repeat that until you get an absurd potion that gives you thousands of intelligence. Then you can just make game breaking potions that give you +500 speed for 1000 seconds and such once you get your int as high as you want

you can also do that in skyrim with fortify alchemy. The developpers at this point must have left it like that on purpose

Maybe we can, and there's a big conspiracy to keep alchemy down.
The airlines wouldn't want people to make their own long-lasting levitation potions.

Pulls negatively charged DNA pieces to a positive cathode. Different size strands will pull themselves different lengths down the gel in a set amount of time. This can be used to classify and later find specific DNA types (super basic explanation).
