Success is measured accumulative amount of hours of effort you've put into your life. You wont live forever. Start putting in effort, because you're loosing time.

Get a non-meme job, best if requring constant (multi-national) bi-directional contact, be it via mail or phone.

Also really, it's only doable if you will stop being on your 20s and start being family man that doesn't even consume media like he used to and become very boring man.

Like me.

You could try tiered procrastination where you put off important things you need to do with less important things. You could also try the timer method where you set timers for regular start and stop times for work.

I always struggled with procrastination. My advice - get an adderall prescription. I just spent 8 hours in my school library having an absolute blast reading about biochemistry and plant anatomy.

The issue is not to keep working, but to start in the first place. How do i beat the "just one more youtube video" mentality?

vividly imagine the terror of the consequences of what would happen if you don't begin.
I.E. If you can't get yourself to start doing work, imagine flunking out and having to tell your parents and trying to get a job in great detail. then pop some addy and go to town.

You don't have to stop procrastinating, just get really good at doing things in last-minute panic.

Find someone else you know who is also a procrastinator and motivate each other. I've found that my motivation goes way up when I'm working with others, teaching others or just telling them to fucking get on with it. I think this might be because I'm ventilating my thoughts about myself onto another person which for some reason is easier than actually doing it to myself.

whenever you notice yourself procrastinating, just start calling yourself a lazy, low-life faggot until you feel so taunted you start studying just to spite yourself.
