I know vaccines don't cause autism but I was wondering: could some vaccines affect growth?

Thanks.

Human body is a complicated thing, each body is kind of unique in its own way. While some drugs can cause autism in ''some'' patients, overall they don't. The same thing goes for growth or any other side effect caused by drugs that get rejected by the unique immune system.

You know vaccines don't cause autism? How do you know this?
https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/books/NBK190028/
>Conclusion 10.6: The evidence is inadequate to accept or reject a causal relationship between diphtheria toxoid–, tetanus toxoid–, or acellular pertussis–containing vaccine and autism.

Where do you get your source of no proof whatsoever this could never be a thing?
