I sat down and actually learned math and developed an intuitive understanding of it. At a certain point where you're proficient at it, it becomes fun and you want to learn even more, etc, etc.

do you actually sit down and like.. do a few integrals?

I seriously need help.
I am at a basic high school level of maths and I need to get to university level within 1 and a half years. I love maths, but took a 3 year "break" from it because I am rarted but now I am back at it again. Do you have any tips on where to find people who can help you? Like how with interpals you can find people to teach you languages

What level of mathematics education have you received? Are you pursuing a PhD?

Do you participate in math research, and if so, in what areas?

Can you provide a brief sketch of what topics you’ve studied, for how long, and why you picked them?

I failed all my high school math classes, waited seven years, then went to college. I used khan academy and some books and learned pre-algebra up to basic calculus in around a year.

How do you implement books in your learning? I'm not even joking I think I'm too retarded to even use a book.
Books for me are just for additional problems and solved examples, but it doesn't help when you want to self study something from beginning.

Were you resting properly? If you tracked your calories, recovered properly, and progressed linearly with compound movements, it would have been physically impossible to not gain muscle

>> No.10408575

>>10407603
Well yeah, I guess so, I mean, it's not like I sleep 4 hours a night. It varies from 6-8 hours usually. But you don't understand, I can't progress linearly. It's not linear progress which entails muscle building, but muscle-building which allows for linear progress. There is a causation mistake in your reasoning (and in a lot of /fit/zens reasonings)

My muscles just won't respond to stimulation
