I've come to believe people get their sexuality and most of their core emotional framework from their mother, along with lifespan and durability of course. More of the mental faculties in the case of males comes from the father.

At that point you want to choose a woman who's maternal line has long lived women who retain their functionality and faculties well into old age. My great grandmother died at 102, and I believe was actually murdered. My grandmother is 85 and looks like some women in their late 50's. Etc. You also want a woman who dosn't get tired and sick, as again, this a heuristic for determining mitochondrial quality.

So I have to feed them, tolerate them and help them become productive members of society for 2 decades. Then wait another decade till they potentially do something useful.
