Reducing childhood mortality is not a useful policy goal.
People can have more children. I and my genetically fit children should not have to bear the cost by having our immune system superfluously heightened so that long-term health consequences manifest. Even if vaccines were without side effects, I am still against them because they exert dysgenic effects on society and incline the human race to self-domesticate, becoming weaker and weaker, threatening our long term existence and societal efficiency and overall potential.

Nah, that's pretty unlikely. Women on my mother's side routinely live into their 90's and hundreds, while maintaining their faculties and without issue. My great grandmother was 102 when she died of pneumonia (2 weeks after being given a flu shot, which she didn't otherwise get), my grandmother is in her 80's and looks like she's 50 despite less than ideal diet and lifestyle tendencies. Etc.
