/sci/ has had a large percentage of the board dominated by garbage threads for a long time now. Either ignore and enjoy the good threads or revel in the absurdity and stop being so stuck up. You're being dishonest with yourself if you think anything is changing. Those threads have always been there, and to be fair more recently I'm noticing that the general narrative in them is shifting back to liberal. Which is quite satisfying, especially in the garbage race bait threads.

There should be a rule against making repetitive conspiracy threads or derailing unrelated threads with spam

The biggest groups of posters on this board seem to be these:
- LARPing high school students with above average intelligence who pretend to go to uni, and want to discuss entry level topics of their future field.
- /pol/tards who want their conservative political opinons be validated by "science". They don't really care about anything besides /pol/ garbage and always try steering threads to be about topics they care about. They seem to create the majority of threads on the board.
