First of all differences between genders are usually Gaussian Distributions, they are not absolut. Further she is definitley right that a lot of it due to social influences. Also, she's mixing up cause and effect. Men have been historically cast in more physical social roles BECAUSE they're physically stronger, not the other way around.

Well obviously it's largely biological. Social factors include that girls build their muscles through excercise less often, because they like to leave the heavy lifting to us guys right.

But it's biological, as well, just like how chicks have more fatty tissue than men. More muscle means less room for fatty tissue, and thus decreased fertility, too. It's basic biology, your friend is retarded.
