at least from what I know almost everyone is going to fail that exam, so I'm not the only one. god i feel like shit.

>> No.10079451

I know the feeling. Getting really stuck in to the meat of it and flunking all the vague definition and theory questions from the first 3 pages of the textbook

How bad is retaking calc 1? Any other total retards here?

odds are you're not retarded. You just drastically underestimated how much studying it takes. You don't just get handed the knowledge of how to do derivatives because you're smart. Uhhhh I mean AHAHAHAHAAHA anon failed calc

>THE ONLY CONTEXT IN THE QUESTIONS ARE THE FUCKING SCIENTISTS NAMES THAT I HAVE NOT MEMORIZED AS ATTACHED TO THEIR EXPERIMENTS
what in the actual FUCK
there were about 10 different experiments covered and not once was I told that I had better memorize the plethora of names concerned because I would be given NO FUCKING CONTEXT ON THE EXAM

I've been in similar situations and I do not understand your predicament. A true or false test is basically just a bunch of cheese meant to reward the people memorizing everything but you can just approach it analytically. If you were capable of proving all of the main results how can a mere true or false question Trump you? It seems you were unprepared for anything really.

>> No.10080186

>>10080175
Not him but you can do practical work with math all you want and you're still fucked if you don't know the exact definition of some page 5 theorem you're supposed to explain.
But yeah in the end it comes down to being unprepared.
