I have a neuro-degenerative disease and I am studying biology, and chemistry in college.

What bothers me is that sometime's old memories from the 7th grade come back and I feel like back then I was 10x smarter.I read An Essay on the Principle of Population by Malthus and I would i would explain it my friends and family, I would even argue with my older sister (a graduate student at the time) about population growth and philosophy topics like Schopenhauer and his the world as will and representation.I read tons of philosophy like Schopenhauer and Malthus and Nietzsche is this normal for a seventh grader?

I haven't tried having a neuro degenerative disorder, so I don't know, but yes I've felt like this many times but it's just that, a feeling.

Some people with neurodegenerative diseases can experience an increase in cognition (savant syndrome) before mental deterioration. How long have you had the disease?
Also IQ can change dramatically in teenages.

Most people are 10x smarter than other people, the question is which other people.

Pretty sure a lot of people get so much praise during high school and whatnot, they start to feel really accomplished and smart, that gives them a lack of motivation to be smart later on.

Also if your brain grew more quickly than those around you, you're likely to feel smarter and think you're smarter and often go into more difficult academic fields whether or not you become smarter than them later on when their brains have also grown. You can also observe this by looking at statistics on scores at school and birthdate, those born earlier in the school year are more likely to get better marks cause they are a bit older than those born later in the school year and their brains are more developed.

I have had the disease for 3 years and 5 months
It is most likely autoimmune, I don't think i have savant syndrome I am not that good at Biology or chemistry at least.

I had a similar problem OP. I feel like I was smarter back when I was in 7th grade. I didn't do shit as impressive as you, but I do remember understanding stuff more effortlessly, not struggling at all when reading things and learning about quantum physics on my own. As time went on I began to feel dumber, I had a harder time understanding concepts in school and couldn't basically read anything that was longer than 2 pages. I got an IQ test in my sophomore year and my worst results were processing speed followed by working memory, just like you.
I don't give a fuck about that anymore though. But I find the similarities between our cases interesting. We both remember being smarter in the same grade and our IQ tests show that we have low processing speed.
In any case, I wish you the best OP.
