I've watched the video and gave it some thought yesterday.

Here are my thoughts on it.

Time Travel is pretty much not possible.
However parallel dimension traversing seems still possible. So someone with tech from our current sort of reality traversing into our past attempting to use cell phone like dumbass LOL Actually to suggest that we will stop using tech that we hold up to our head or perhaps this "traveler" would stop using isn't entirely bs it's probable.

Most likely thing going on?

Guy gets hired as extra, finds out he is playing roll of woman in move.

Takes money dresses up like woman goes through background embarrassed attempts to cover face.

If you notice this "woman" really doesn't look like a woman, and why such a big coat?

Why look shocked when look at camera?
Maybe cause you didn't think the recording was still going on. Then realize it was ;P
