Is there anything that can make math interesting? I watch a lot of YouTube because I'm a dumb zoomer but I love the things being done with math. I'm interested in the math of quantum physics but I don't know where to start. I want to actually undertand the concepts being posited without having to use retarded metaphors. Math in high school was a disaster. Is there anyway to make learning this kind of math enjoyable and understandable?

Also the most schooling in math I've had is trig

Why is physics so beautiful lads

And how can people go their entire lives without wondering the causes behind the laws that make up our universe?

How come all the greats of the past were spiritual to some degree, some even legit theists, while the current generation is a couple of edgelord gnostic atheists? Why is there no middle ground? Why are stuff like Deism and Pantheism disregarded as "unscientific"? Does being a "scientist" mean adhering to a couple of arbitrary rules set by pop-scis?

i suffer from phenomenal anxiety.

my peers are all chatting about how "if i dont get into caltech i suppose ill settle for MIT" and laughing about "did you hear about that guy last year who had to go to durham?". Everyone has a bursting UCAS form filled with top grades and extracurricular activites. every second guy is the fucking Mexican Youth Ambassador or some shit. everyone is so confident and im floundering.

this fucking pressure is too fucking much. i swear ill be a Spanish isolationist monk if i have to - i cant deal with this stress any longer.

i have about two panic attacks a day. i have serious amnesia and can remember little from the last 10 years. i flinch when i hear pages turn on the bus. my handwriting has transformed from a neat cursive to a spidery and tremulous scrawl. my hands shake all the time. im falling apart here. i cannot take any more fucking stress. its all too much. its all way too much.

does anybody else know this pre-university hell?

>That feel when you realize that there is a slim chance somewere in the universe intelligent life developed on two planets close together like Mars and the Earth are.
>A slim chance that it happened roughly at the same time on each one, so that they can communicate, discover each other from a distance, rush toward better space engine together so that they can conveniently enough travel and physically meet each other.

>You will never enjoy the feels of such an accomplishment
