I would say you are definitely struggling with poor self-esteem. You’re definitely wrong about not being able to empathise and communicate because you are doing both of those things right now, and you’re clearly wrong about not being able to develop ideas and skills because you express yourself with obvious fluency and in language that is a joy to read. I can’t say much about your emotional regulation because I don’t know you, but this may be something you can work on if your assessment is accurate.

Work on challenging these inaccurate negative thoughts. Even if your replace them with things that aren't necessarily positive to begin with i.e. "sometimes I can resist outside help and I need to work on this".
